Registration cancellation policies

Cancellations received UNTIL AUGUST 30th, 2022: 100% of the amount will be reimbursed MINUS bank and administrative expenses involved.
Cancellations received UNTIL SEPTEMBER 29th, 2022: 70% of the amount will be reimbursed MINUS bank and administrative expenses involved.
Cancellations received FROM SEPTEMBER 30th, 2022 ONWARDS are NOT refundable.
If any refund should apply, the corresponding payment will be made within 10 days after the event is over.
